"When we arrived at 3;30 workers were banging and drilling to change door locks in Delameter House. When we returned at 8pm, we couldn’t get the key to work in our door. I call the front desk on my cell. No one answered. My husband finally got the door open. In the room, there were no plugs near the bed to charge phones, there was a light over one bed, but not the other and the window labeled emergency exit was painted shut, a safety violation, I’m sure. "This is actually a beautiful building. The rooms of especially the bathrooms that they are advertising with Jacuzzi tubs are extremely overdue for renovation. There is paint and tile chipping all over the place in the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The sheets had those are yellow stains on them if you know what I’m talking about it looks good from the outside. It’s a different world on the inside."

"Strong points are: beautiful views; spacious room; quiet; clean, staff cheerful and eager to please. Weak points were: shower/tub requires a mat or something to avoid slipping on the floor of the bathtub; owner will surely get sued if not fixed. Secondly, the TV requires 2 remotes; instructions given were totally inadequate. Matthew and I worked together to produce a clear simple instruction sheet which he says he will distribute to the other rooms."

"The only problem we had was the unit next to ours had a low battery so it kept chirping every 60 seconds and could be heard both inside our unit and outside as well. I did mention it but nothing was done so we had to try to sleep with the tv on all night to block the sound."
