"Apparently a former Marriott and a former La Quinta. Some typed signs around property still say La Quinta. The property is very tired. The beds are very hard. The TV system is silly, but the worst part is the 2 inch cockroach that made it into daughters bag! On the 4th floor! One plus was the Ola grill on property. Unbelievably delicious and reasonably priced burger."

"We enjoyed our stay as did our daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids. We loved the quaintness, the restaurant, bar and beach. The rooms are sound proof, which is rare these days. Even if the music was playing outside, you didn't hear it in your room. The only upgrade that would make it better would new mattresses and additional pillows. We will definitely be back. Our dog loved it too!"

"Very disappointing stay. Our room had dirty sheets, stained pillows (one even looked like it had a footprint on it), and stained mattresses. The bathroom was not properly cleaned — mold in the sink and shower corners, heavy buildup on the faucet, and the shower looked gray instead of clean. Even the TV remote was covered in grime between the buttons. The worst part was the noise. The room next to us was extremely loud from around 3 a.m. into the morning both nights. We reported it multiple times, but staff only told them to quiet down temporarily and the noise kept starting again. At one point the front desk stopped answering the phone, and I did not feel safe walking outside to the office in the middle of the night while drunk guests were roaming the halls. Because of the lack of sleep, I missed a morning event and breakfast reservation the next day. When I spoke to management at checkout, they were rude and dismissive, blamed me for not going to the office at 3–4 a.m., and offered no apology, no compensation, and no refund. We were also charged an extra $20 per person fee that was never disclosed during booking, which felt very misleading. Between the dirty room, constant noise, hidden fees, and unprofessional management, this stay was extremely disappointing."

"The place is great! Great location , right by the beach with easy access, restaurants and fast food near by, the pool and hot tub are great not to mention the pool side bar and food options as well. Has room service which is cool and the breakfast was good , they also give out tacos! Only down side is that breakfast hall is on the 4th floor so if you are on the 3rd floor on the left side of rhe building chances are breakfast is right above you and it wakes you up bright and early with people walking and chairs scraping the floor but other than that the place is great and i recommend. "

"Everything about the property was fine no issues but when we tried to get new towels from one of the women at front desk she started speaking spanish to another worker saying she’s just going to give us dirty towels…. but we speak spanish so we understood everything she said"
