"Our stay was just ok. Rooms were not ready for 4pm check in and we did not get a room until closer to 6. Finally get in the room and no towels. Had to find a housekeeper that wanted to give us two towels for 3 people. The hotel did their best to make up for it, which was appreciated. Some of the staff was not friendly at all. The check in process was confusing and being my first time there, I wish activities, open eateries, etc were better communicated. Very limited food options and not much...

"1. Ordered 2 things from off the menu from the restaurant. They got the order wrong. 2. Checked in. Received room key. Room was dirty and beds not made up. 3. Received a key card for a new room. Card did not open door to the room."

"Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

"We took our grandchildren to Legoland and chose this hotel for its proximity to the park, indoor pool and breakfast features. Well, it was 20 minutes away, which wasn’t as close as I thought. I thought I had read it was 9 minutes away but it must have been 9 miles, which took 20+ minutes. My mistake, I’m sure. The indoor pool was heavily chlorinated. "This Hotel is a beautiful place. This is my 3rd time staying here. The rooms and the bathrooms are huge! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My family loves the pool. Also, very clean. I can't wait to come back. Parking is free and you are only a 7minute drive from the mall. Great location"
