"Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice man at the front desk named Chase. He was friendly and helped me with my luggage. Upon entering my room it was average. The rug was not very clean and the bathroom floor could have used a good steam. The people next door were extremely loud, banging on the walls ,children screaming and doors open and closing. I didn’t have breakfast because I was unable to find it. I was concerned about the parking lot. It was shared with surrounding homes and was very dark. As a single female and handicapped I was a nervous. The next night I asked if I could park In front of the area near the lobby and it they said ok. I was greatly relieved. My last night was again the loud noises of the people in the next room, screaming banging and slamming of doors. I called the front desk and they did come up to speak with them and it was fine. I was not impressed with this place and would not go back. "

"My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had plenty of space. The living room section had good space and the kitchen was nice. The only problem we had was the pool area. No seating, no towels, the water was freezing and the walk area was very slippery. "

"Room 101 was very clean and well equipped. However, it WAS THE NOISIEST HOTEL ROOM I'VE STAYED IN OVER 45 YEARS !! Right off the Front Desk and Lobby. Do you think that everyone over 65 years old needs a handicapped room near the front desk? I don't - Noise was horrible, staff made it worse. I had to go out at MIDNIGHT and complain - Midight !!"
