"The only good thing about this place is the pool. Staff looked so bored when ask to change room because the ceiling was leaking. In the other room, almost all the plug wasn’t working and the there was a missing part to the shower."

Je croyais que c'était un hôtel, mais ça ressemblait plus à un "motel" dans le sens que les hébergements étaient séparés autour d'une cour qui semblait abandonnée. Les grands vents avaient tout renversé le mobilier extérieur, de jardin et de piscine. La réception était fermée et il n'y avait pas de navette vers l'aéroport tel de décrit sur...

"Chambre comme neuve, très bien décorée. Le Monsieur qui m’a accueilli m’a non seulement ouvert 2 chambres pour me laisser choisir celle dans laquelle j’allais rester mais il m’a apporté une rallonge sans que je le demande car il avait compris que j’en aurai besoin… je recommande cet hôtel !"

"En famille, nous n’avons pas apprécié notre court séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès la réservation, nous avons rencontré des problèmes de communication avec le personnel, notamment des réponses incomplètes à nos messages concernant la navette. La chambre n’était pas propre : lavabo bouché, papier toilette taché, insectes morts collés aux portes et aux murs, mauvaise aération. J’ai d’ailleurs pris des photos à titre de preuve.
