"AC didn’t work. Bedding had blood stain on it. Room is very outdated and lacking in amenities. Felt a bit grubby. Didn’t try the breakfast. Luggage can be left but it’s stored in a communal and unlocked area. "

"Didn't use laundry service. Breakfast was ok, but worst coffee I had in 14 Italian cities. Also, Expedia stated 1 adult, 1 room which is what I wanted. At check in the staff scrolled way down in the reservation where it said one bed in 8 bed dorm. I felt deceived."

"The staff were talking to each other in Italian right in front of me while serving, and it felt very uncomfortable. It really seemed like they were talking about me, not just a misunderstanding. As a customer, I found their behaviour unpleasant. The office and the hotel are in different locations. I had to walk about 10 minutes to the office carrying heavy luggage, and it felt like an hour. Then, after checking in, I had to go back to the hotel again. However, the hotel itself was clean, which I liked."
