"We stayed here while on vacation to visit family. The hot breakfast was not good. But there were good cereal options. The pool was very nice. We had a problem with one of the toilets not flushing properly, and maintenance came very quickly and fixed the problem. The housekeeper was absolutely amazing. We were traveling with three kids and everyday when we returned to the hotel all three beds were made. They even put the kids stuffed animals on the bed, like they would for their own children, in their own home. I was extremely impressed."
"Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Decent free breakfast. Common areas needed to be vacuumed and our bathroom needed some maintenance (peeling paint and bathtub glaze)"
"We had a good stay but there were some things that weren’t up to par. When we got there we got stuck on the elevator. The elevator made an awful sound upon arriving on the first floor. It almost sounded as though we were going to fall. It definitely needs to be greased or oiled.
We decided to stay here because of the indoor pool and wanted to give our kids a chance to swim without having to worry about the weather. I will say although the towels were fully stocked and the pool was clean, it is quite small. Our 6 kids along with another group of three kids that was there took up nearly the entire pool.
I was surprised to have to sign a noise agreement however appreciated it. To my disappointment, we were awoken early the next morning to screaming kids in the parking lot, playing around cars unsupervised by an adult. When I called the front desk the guy said they didn’t have a noise order at that time but did go tell the kids to keep it down.
I will say Theresa was very helpful and sweet. She made check-in quick and easy. "
"Pretty nice hotel overall. Good breakfast (omelets, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage) and all the other basic things.
One issue was the door on the room. We left the room thinking the door closed all the way behind us due to the powerful hinge they have, but when we returned it in fact had not closed fully. So watch that. I also had issues with getting doors open on our room and the pool room.
The shower head sprayed water everywhere.
The hot tub was warm but not overly hot. "
