-Hallway carpet and paint is in a poor shape.
- Toilet is separated from the bath.
- Poor ventilation and smell

"Although the room was small which is typical for European hotels, the bathroom was a nice size and the AC worked perfectly during the heat wave. The front desk was very helpful whether helping you find transportation, suggesting a meal, or just having a friendly conversation. They all spoke some English which helped with communication barriers. The snacks/drinks in the afternoon/evening were a nice bonus! Located in the heart of town so most things were within walking distance."

"Great location easy to walk to everywhere in Montmare and metro stations. Clean and spacious (For Paris) rooms at a good price. AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great. Staff were all very friendly."

"The room was okay but its false advertisement with that room and the effiel tower view. They only have 1 room in the entire establishment with that view. "Perfect location. It was nice to have AC during a historic heatwave and a beautiful balcony.
I would have rated this entire stay higher if we didn’t have to deal with Lynda. Ultimately, there was miscommunication with her. Instead of acting professional, she argued and then refused to help out when I left an item. With that said, every other staff member was wonderful.
This was quite a splurge (yes we had a balcony), and there are many other options I would consider instead of this hotel when...

"I have to leave this hotel before my actual checkout because the AC wasn’t working in my room at +80 degrees in the summer and when I went downstairs and told them because I needed to wash and blow dry my hair, they gave me a fan that didn’t fix anything.
In addition to that in the AM after I wash my face and took face towel to dry it, it smells like vomit n was so gross I had to wash my face again.

"This place is a perfect gem in a fantastic location. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and they even held our bags for us when we checked out before we caught our next train. It is within walking distance to a large train station and the view of the Arc de Triumph was breath taking.
During a historic heatwave, the most important thing was that it had blessed AC. That alone was a welcomed gift. We will always stay here"
