"They downgraded my room because “they overbooked” even though I booked this room months ago and paid for it. Additionally, when I booked the room I requested a quiet room facing away from the street, and they gave me a downgraded room FACING the street. It ended up being quiet enough for us to sleep, but the principle of downgrading our room when we already booked and paid for a different room and then giving me the opposite of what I asked for was quite upsetting. Definitely won’t be coming...

"We had a reservation for four days, but they told us that we have to change a room in day 2 because of a mistake in booking. They offered us on the spot to totally refund us if we did not agree. However, we had to agree because it was impossible to find another hotel on the same day it’s gonna be very uncomfortable. They give us a slight upgrade with a smaller room, but with a better view.

However, they did put me outside in an annex type of accomodation that required climbing 2 and 1/2 stories on a spiral stairway that was pretty tight. If you have large luggage or are not capable of climbing stairs, make sure that you are not put into this room. That said, it was VERY quiet and comfortable."
