"We came to Portland for a concert at Moda Center. Hotel was in good location for taking the TriMet to concert venue. Valet was very helpful with directions & recommendations of good restaurants. Room itself was small & had a stale odor but was clean."

"Big noise and bang noise coming from the ventilation system and I had to change the room and dragging all my luggage in the middle of the night to a different room that a nice lady at the reception find it available.
The new room was dirty, with moisture around the bathtub grout and smelly walls from 100 years old wood.
Never go back in this property "

"The staff was so kind, we got there early before our room was ready. The lobby was really nice and we got complimentary mimosas for my birthday while we waited! The hotel has its own vibe which if you love boutique hotels it’s def a great spot.
The beds were a bit small BUT we got the best comforters for each of us (4 girls in a 2 bed room) which was a pleasant surprise. Literally silk on my feet we all fan girled over the bedding.
Area felt safe. Would stay here again if I traveled solo."

"Room was very spacious and clean, staff were nice, the pool is nice but it’s too humid to the point me and my guests couldn’t stay in there longer than 10 minutes, the view in the suite was very pretty, it has good lighting all around and a nice little kitchen that comes with everything you would need to cook a meal, would for sure come back and get this same room, one of the only hotels with a suite that is worth the price!"

"A very nice hotel but staff was late for us and we had to wait to check in for about 30 minutes with no one at the counter. We arrived at 7ish, well after check in time. "I slept well here and the staff was very helpful! I loved the complimentary bottle of wine and coffee! In the evenings there was a nice wine and cheese hour from 5-6. This is a nice location for Amtrak traveling and also it’s an easy walk to downtown transit! It’s a happening neighborhood! The staff really went all out to help make my stay amazing!"
