"This hotel is brand new. The area is perfect and close to everything. Obviously a downtown hotel is going to have its fair share of riff raff around and you have to expect but the hotel itself is very clean, staff were awesome and the room was fantastic. "

"Lo unico que no me gusto fue que pagamos por el estacionamiento cada vez que entramos y salimos con el carro de la propiedad. El que estaba de turno de noche no nos dijo nada al respecto. En la mañana la recepcionista nos dijo que no debian de habernos cobrado nada ya que solo necesitaba ingresar nuestro numero de placa y teniamos entrada y salida gratis"

"Shuttle is convenient and helpful. Front desk staff a little inattentive. Took a couple of minutes to be acknowledged. They were engaged in conversation with each other, but once we got started the process was fairly quick. We were not given directions to the elevator after we were handed our room key, so we wandered for a moment looking for a sign. They are unable to even be seen from the front desk. Cleanliness was on par for what I expected. I do suggest maintenance or housekeeping clean up...
