"Great location for access to the airport. You can hop no an airport shuttle bus a short walk away at the terminal, if you have time to spend a day in Dublin"

"Great location, helpful staff. Was a bit of confusion regarding the shuttle service. We were told to wait in the lobby and the driver would come in and tell us when he was ready to leave. It was 6:00 am and no one else was waiting. We saw the driver pull up and come into the hotel, go behind the desk and then come out and leave without speaking to us. Thankfully we didn't have a lot of luggage and walked to the airport. So a bit of communication would have been helpful."

"Really good spot to stay in the Swords area. The room was very well appointed and more roomy than some hotels we experienced in Ireland. Really nice bathroom and comfy beds. Very clean and the staff were very helpful — the manager even showed us to our room. No real lobby area in the hotel (check in is at the end of the bar downstairs) and minimal parking onsite, but we didn’t care about that. "We had a lovely 1 night stay at the flyover to spend a night in Dublin city. On arrival the host, Tom greeted us. He was really friendly and helpful. We were given lots of information and advice to help us with our stay. The room was lovely and big, very clean and comfortable. The Irish breakfast was fabulous and there was a very good selection of teas, coffees, yogurts cereal etc. Again Tom was very helpful and provided service with a smile! "This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. Upon arrival, mattresses lined the hallways, and the common areas were in poor condition, cobwebs, dirty windows, and damaged carpets. Our room had a strong odor, and the carpet was ripped and bunched up, exposing sharp tracks and nails. The bathroom was also in bad shape, with a corroding toilet. At the front desk, we were told these issues were known and related to ongoing repairs after housing refugees, along with recent water problems....
