"The property itself is of a good standard inside and clean. However, it has two major defects: 1. It is located right at the exit to a traffic tunnel and is extremely noisy day and night. 2. The 'front-desk' is the counter of the cafè and is only open 9 till 5. Outside these hours, guests are on their own as staff do not respond to WhatsApp messages and only very slowly to emails."

"Beautiful, centrally located apartment. Comfortable beds and the large fan kept us cool in the evenings (with the windows left open). There is road noise but the fan provided white noise and I slept with ear plugs so I didn’t hear anything."

"The property was in a great location! Many restaurants and cafes, just outside the door, only a short walk (15min) to the river front. The room was fantastic, clean with plenty of space! Not a problem for us, but being a renovated older building, there is only stairs, no elevators - other travellers may need to know this. Otherwise a great place to stay in Porto!"
