First and foremost, what stood out the most during our stay was the incredible customer service and care. From the moment we arrived, every single staff member we interacted with from the managers and front desk team to the restaurant staff on the patio and in the lounge, was absolutely outstanding. They were consistently warm, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
While we did encounter a few hiccups at check-in and with our initial room, the staff handled everything with such professionalism and genuine care. They worked hard to make things right, and in the end we were very happy with the rooms we stayed in.
Beyond that, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, and our experience across the property was truly great. The combination of excellent service and thoughtful attention to detail left us with a very positive impression of our stay in Porto. I wish I could remember all of their names but I lost my note card during the travels home so I apologize.
