"Super convenient location to airport. Nice room with all the essential amenities. We had a wonderful lounge waitress who took good care of us. It was great having free airport shuttle too."
"This was one of our favorite hotel stays (and we travel for a living). The staff was so helpful (calling an oversized cab for us, answering questions, open 24 hours), the room was beautiful and light and clean, the temperature was comfortable at all times, the amenities were lovely and the location was literally a few steps from the Metro. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for work or travel!"
"Lovely stay. Just had one issue for my sister and who was with her young kids and hubby and wanted 2 rooms close to each other but we got there in the end but it was only a 2 night stay so she had to spend one night a bit further out. Lovely rooftop pool area, great spa, fab breakfast."
"It took me 20 mins to check in and there wasn’t a queue. The aged gentleman checking me in seemed to be computer illiterate and he kept making mistakes including not being able to find my reservation. Eventually another younger staff member found it. My air conditioning didn’t work and the bathroom fixtures needed maintenance ( loose toilet seat etc).
Overall not up to normal Radisson standards."
"Very decent stay. Their branding is really cute, and the hotel buildings/pool/etc are a great place to hang out. The room was totally fine.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property was not the best. The room didn't feel that clean (lots of scuffs on the walls, some leftover product (like brown specs of some body scrub) in the shower, a good amount of fuzz under furniture, etc). Also, the conditioner in the room was empty and the shampoo was clearly filled with water (I assume by the previous guest). It was strange to me that it was apparent that housekeeping didn't look at those.
Also, in the restaurant, we were given plates that were very dirty (like multiple bits of different food stuck on them). The waitor was very kind and changed them but overall I got the impression that cleanliness is lacking at the property!!"
"Nice property with trendy concrete industrial decor. Hard to describe but it was nice. Stayed in one of the family rooms for 4 with bunk beds. The hotel isn’t in a neighborhood with lots to do and see but it is just a short walk to Santos train station that is a stop on the rail line to Cascais and a stops for a multitude of easy public transit options that take you where you need to go including tram lines that go to Belem and Praca do Comercio. It’s not an unreasonable walk to Cais de Sodre or Praca do Comercio if you wanted. The hotel itself had a nice rooftop bar looking out over the estuary and a small pool next to that. We were able to take the hotel pool towels for a beach day in Cascais so that was nice."
