"Beautiful property a little ways out of Moab but worth the trip in the canyon. Restaurant was excellent. Only issue was paying to park $20 a day when there is a ton of space at the property. "

"First off, I had emailed them weeks before my arrival! The communication was the worst I have ever had! When, you call the phone number, no one answers and it goes straight to voicemail! Then you get a text saying… how can I help you! It took them over an hour just to get back to me about my reservation! Someone should be on the property at all times! I did not stay because the contact said that I had a tent reservation and not one of the houses and that they were already booked for that day!...

"The main complaints about this property in previous reviews were traffic noise since right on main street. I didn't find that to be a problem at all as the HVAC system had a constant fan option that was great for creating enough white noise it wasn't noticed. (They also supplied ear plugs if needed) The motel was very well maintained for being older and very clean. Room was spacious. they had nice options such as a freezer in the office for cooler packs and towels specifically for cleaning...

"Its right in the middle of town! My puppy was able to stay!! Not many pet friendly hotels in this area. Very clean!! There is no complementary breakfast but they do have coffee in your room available. Parking is tight. The bed was very comfortable"

"The staff person was very rude and acted as if my reservation was an inconvenience. He refused to answer basic questions. I would not recommend staying here unfortunately."
