"I hardly ever give reviews of services I use, however, this hotel had two of the most positive, cheerful and helpful front desk staff I have ever experienced (one working Sunday evening and the other Monday morning). We had already been on a 7-day trip and stayed in other hotels along the way, including a high-end hotel in Yellowstone Park but didn't have quite the same level of hospitality felt here. Both the registration desk employees were superb."
"We booked this room looking forward to the hot tub that was said to be an amenity here. It was out of order. The suite was a nice size and cleanish. There was no bad smell. The bedside table had a sticky spill on it that I noticed when I set my phone down. The mattresses visibly dipped in the middle. The pillows were nice. The toilet had a rust ring in it. The a/c unit had been on full blast upon our entry so even though it was a very hot day outside, it was a nice cool room. However, after the sun went down we couldn't figure out how to turn the cold air off and had to have the attendant help us which she did graciously. The pool was filled and our 11 yo grandson swam in it However, we thought it was too cold. There was a water hose actively filling the pool up. So we figured it was fresh water and that's why it was so cold. Also there was NOT a huge smell of chlorine that is oftem the case, so then we were having our doubts about whether the water had been treated properly. Breakfast was adequately edible. The waffles were very good. The potatoes were undercooked."
"We enjoy staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff are usually pretty helpful. The breakfast has gone downhill over the last couple of years, there is not a ton of variety compared to other Fairfield’s or other hotels in Sidney."
