"We were very happy with our stay. Our room was very clean. The age of the property obviously was a bit older, but everything had been updated and very attractive and clean. The Office personnel was was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will be back!!!"

"This was the worst Inn I have ever been in! Waste of money. So dirty with stains on the sheets and towels. There were hairs on the bed from previous customers, the dryer was not working. They literally have one person in office and they are so rude and not helpful at all. Me and my partner go to so many places and this was the worst experience we had and such a shame. Please avoid going here I never leave reviews but this was so bad that I thought to leave this for people who want to go here."

"My daughter and I stayed here for the mother-daughter Gilmore Girls trip and I can't say enough good things. From the first moment of walking in the door, the view of the Housatonic River was breathtaking. The beds are gorgeous and so comfortable. The room is very spacious and relaxing. The little soaps provided are premium and smell so good. We will definitely be back. "Was supposed to stay 2 nights. Mold in the bathroom. Got in late and went right to bed. Woke in the morning to find blood on the sheets near my feet, pulled the sheets off the bed to find someone else's sock. Spoke to manager who complained about the property himself and fully reversed our money."

"This is actually a beautiful building. The rooms of especially the bathrooms that they are advertising with Jacuzzi tubs are extremely overdue for renovation. There is paint and tile chipping all over the place in the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The sheets had those are yellow stains on them if you know what I’m talking about it looks good from the outside. It’s a different world on the inside."
