The spa was nice although when you book and pay its not clear that you cannot use the other "spa" areas which would be included anywhere else I've been, you have to pay extra to relax on the stone beds and spa pool. Could use the swimming pool but it was full of kids :("

Complain at reception they did upgrade us to another room however this was still dirty and not what i was expecting at all. Would never return again."
