"worst customer service we’ve ever had. This is the place. We stayed up many times and everything has been great. Several family members have stayed there and visiting and no problems. Whoever this new manager is, he’s terrible. They also need to fix their listings as they are not pet friendly but when you search for them, they came up as such. Then they say you were violating their policy and they kick you out and they charge you lots of extra money, even though nothing was damaged and not even...

"A staycation while our home was tented. We booked the one bedroom king suite. Great choice with 2 TV's and 2 bathrooms. Comfortable bed and nice amenities. Free parking was another perk unheard of in the area. Would recommend to friends and family."

"The parking to the hotel is a bit aquard. One must drive to the 11th floor to park to get to the hotel. The entry way, curve and angles are very tight. I personally drive an SUV and had a tough time maneuvering through the and spaces."

"wow, this is the best place ever. I had an amazing vacation. The staff was most hospitable. easy parking. I could hear the ocean at night while I slept. makes for a heavenly sleep only a 5-minute walk to the beach, but you could see the ocean from the room."

"this hotel took some getting used to. the bottom half of the hotel is full time renters, the top half is hotel guests. the rooms are very small, and the hallways could use an update and air conditioning. the water pressure in my room was very low. the bed was really comfortable. the under hotel parking is overpriced per day. the area the hotel is located is a cool part of san diego with lots of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance. overall an ok place to stay."
