"Vintage charm, but not a place for older people. The stairs were hard to navigate, the bathtub/shower was impossible if you are not young and agile. No convenient electrical plug-ins.
I"ll choose a more modern updated place to stay nest time."
"The property and parking is situated in a small space. Indicates a pool present. Though we never saw one. Room was outdated and needed a good cleaning. Linens were laundered but had pet hair stuck in places. Fridge came with pizza from a previous guest. There were ants on the floor. We were put in a separate back building without easy access to the main building. Has to walk around to the main building for ice, laundry and breakfast. Breakfast was minimal and crowded in a tight spot. Items were running out and a major delivery took process in the middle of Saturday morning breakfast. This was awkward, inconvenient and somewhat dangerous with big loads of items being maneuvered around small children who were trying to access food in tight spaces. Not sure we’d stay here again."
"Everything was LOVELY! Beautiful resort, awesome staff, and the offerings are hard to beat. I brought my dog along and unlike most places, the fee actually comes with benefits! They add a large dog bed, food & water bowls, along with a goody bag with treats, doggy bags and a ball. VERY impressed with the overall stay.
The only downfall is that they don't have a hot tub... Instead, they have a cold tub. This was my only complaint I had during our stay. "
