"I would like to be honest about my stay. It was very poor the first room I received everything looked up to pare but, the room smell of paint was bothersome. Not only was the paint smell an issue the water never got hot. I went to front desk and was greeted by Heaven who seemed pretty good until I complain about the water not being hot. "Our room was gross. There were hand prints on the door. Dirty towels folded like they were clean. Marks all over the walls. Peeling wallpaper. The AC was out in the lobby/breakfast area. The fitness room was dated, dirty, no towels and broken equipment. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people the entire stay. When I asked for additional towels, I was given an attitude. When I explained the room situation I did not get an apology. Nice location."

"Beautiful property that was completely renovated a while back. It now has some deferred maintenance like peeling wall paper and faded buttons on the elevator. Rooms are large and it’s overall very charming. The restaurant on site has limited food options and limited hours (we never ate there) but there is ample choice of excellent restaurants in walking distance. "All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness."

"Breakfast buffet daily along with a daily dinner buffet and 3 complimentary alcoholic drinks per dinner (I don't drink but this was very impressive) We enjoyed the pool and hotub daily. Great stay I would stay here again in the future even though it was an hour from our family we were visiting."
