"Smooth check-in process. The room was clean and in great condition, and the AC was great for the summer. The accommodation is right next to Jardim Fialho de Almeida, in my opinion the best little park in Lisbon to relax or hang out in the evening when it gets livelier. There are also great restaurants and bars right around there. Having some shampoo or similar amenities provided would have made it absolutely perfect."

"I loved this hotel, it made my first Portugal experience so peaceful. I was able to check in before 10am and the reception was beside morning breakfast patio area. Breakfast was included in my stay but started next morning but they kindly offered me to treat myself to breakfast which ends at 10:30am. Plus for the heated towel racks and so many areas outside the room to relax, I kept wanting to come back to rest from the long hours of waking. Note, my bolt driver dropped me off wrong location so...

"This is a great hotel. Food was great, breakfast was included. Staff was always friendly. 2 small things that could be better. First, no usb ports anywhere in the room, if you are coming from the states remember to bring plenty of converters. Curling irons, steamers and phone chargers all need a converter unless you want to be unplugging things constantly. Second, the pool has algae or something in it and it comes loose anytime anyone is in the pool so it makes it look dirty and it was not...
