"I had an amazing stay – the facility was great, clean, very spacious and the hotel itself is in a brilliant location. I wish I could’ve stayed for breakfast but had no time.but what really made this stay great was “Lena Haustein ( very hospitable and friendly) and Marc Steir at reception, both these staff deserve a big raise. "We arrived by train which was less than ideal as it is up a steep hill. Best to come by car. Having arrived there it was an ideal retreat and handy for a visit to the Bastion Bridge. Also has great views over Saxony Switzerland."

"Das zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Leider ist es in einem Haus ausserhalb der Hotelanlage gelegen, so dass man einige Minuten zu Fuss gehen muss. Das personal an der Anmeldung könnte freundlicher sein. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist dagegen super nett und erfüllt nahezu jeden wunsch. "
