"We loved our stay. The rooms were very tasteful, ample, clean and nice. The entire house, which only has 6 rooms, and garden were very homely and tasteful, and we were very comfortable during our stay. And everyone working there was welcoming, friendly and helpful. "My cousin & I chose this hotel as a base camp for hiking on Terceira because of its close location to Monte Brasil, the harbour & lots of restaurants. All the staff were very kind, thoughtful & helpful. "Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean. The staff were very, very, friendly and helpful. While the hotel room was very clean, the bathrooms are quite outdated. I would recommend some remodeling at some point as it appears that the actual bedrooms may have been remodeled but the bathrooms are still outdated. "
