"One of the best experiences we have had traveling! Every detail was perfect and the staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the Reserve- bests Ritz, St Regis and Four Seasons for customer service:-)"

"Lovely base with plenty of nice restaurants close by!"

"Lovely property, located very close to the port and everything you need. Also the view from the rooftop bar was excellent for sitting and enjoying a poncha🙂"

"Staff are very kind"

"Excellent location but tricky to find if driving. No onsite parking"

"Staff were lovely and the room was very big, clean and comfortable! As a solo traveller I would definitely stay here again!"

"Good location and very clean."

"The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. "The hotel has a great location next to the Cathedral. Only problem is that it’s hard to get to with luggage, since cars & taxis can not get to the entrance. All the employees were helpful, talkative, and enjoyable. The free breakfast has a huge assortment of goodies and even hot items.. The one problem I do want to address is parking your car. When I reserved, it said parking available.. For some reason, I expected it nearby and free. The parking lot is a good 15 minutes walk from the hotel....
