"The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Loved the location in the heart of the city. My wife says that she has never been more satisfied with any other hotel in her life."

"Great kitchen set up. Location great."

"Modern, clean and good central location for downtown Ottawa"

"The property was fine. What I did not appreciate is due to the corona virus I was stranded, my family paid for the hotel and the hotel did not want to take the deposit cash or via credit card from them I had to call a friend that lives in Ottawa to come to the hotel with his credit card. That was not good.....We paid online for hotel it was just terrible."
