"Enjoyed how close we were to Union Station and the Subway as we were attending the National Bank Tennis. Loved that we could leave our luggage in a secure place the next day and spend time in TO. The Ritual cafe and the Bistro in the hotel, very nice! Great atmosphere, good food and pleasant helpful staff. A Keurig coffee maker with several pods would have made it perfect rather than the type that was there. Overall, a very pleasant experience as always! We will be back! "

"The property is surrounded by large selection of fast food like McDonald’s, Popeyes, Subway, etc. The surrounding is quiet and the soundproof is good. The only downside about the property is that the air from the air conditioning would be directly blow to you and it’s really chill in summer. If you don’t like it then might not consider the place."

"Great location right downtown ottawa and close to the Parliment building as well. Staff were friendly. Hotel seems slightly dated, the cold water wouldnt get cold. But i loved that there is a bedroom and a living room as well as a kitchen. Theyre renovated from old apartments. Would definitely go back again and reccommend. "

"For the price, it can’t be beat. Excellent location and cozy set up. Just remember, it’s a college dorm, NOT a hotel so it’s best to set your expectations prior to your visit. No television in the room (they do have computer monitors) and it’s two rooms with a twin bed in each. Other than that, we had a blast!"
