"We love the pro[erty and staff and have stayed there a number of times in recent years. My only complaints are related to the TV that is impossible to figue out how to get almost any channel. Also there are no instructions on how to get into the internet. An extremely nice and competent young mail staff memme come ot oour room and got me on the internet. Unfortunately it disappeared w/in 5 minutes of his departure! Room 100 May 22-23"

"The staff was helpful, pleasant and very professional. At breakfast time an employee played the piano beautifully in the lobby. The coffee was hot the food was delicious and there were several places to sit and enjoy the weather. Our room had its own private patio with mountain views. We will definitely return!"

"On here Expedia I have sent serval messages to the property asking and according to the hotel they never received a single message. Nor did any of my questions get answered. According to the hotel, they also stated that the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service and they claimed they told you to post it. It is not posted anywhere and the annoying messages you sent me never stated they were out of service. You wasted my trip experience Expedia.."
