"Room was decently clean. Top duvet cover was dirt/ stained. Overhead light in bathroom didn’t work but luckily the light around the mirror did. Hair on wall of shower. Walls not sound proof: you could hear conversations, tvs, and dogs. We were on the 2nd floor. Had a young family right next door. They left for 4 hours and left their dog alone in the room. The dog barked and whined off and on the entire time. When I let the front desk know (after the 1st hour), she seemed irritated but obviously...

"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I travel pretty frequently! The check-in was late due to the rooms not being clean yet which made everyone have to get ready in a rush to make it time for the Ella Langley concert which a lot of people were probably late to because the check-in was so late. When I finally got checked in half of the lights in the room didn’t work. The drains were clogged in the shower and toilet, and the towels were full of blood! Alex up at the front desk was very helpful...

"We had two rooms so we had two different experiences. One room was considered clean and comfortable with zero complaints. The other room was uncomfortable, the bed felt like a full and not a queen, the foutain faucet had a lot of build up that made it look dirty and the toilet constantly ran…and twice it made a very loud noise that required me to get up and jiggle the handle.
The pool was not clean and there were no guest towels. Another guest had to go inquire about them and bring them out....

"I traveled 1 hour and 30 minutes just to stay here with my granddaughter and we had the best time here. The warm indoor pool and hot tub were her favorite. I slept like a queen and she slept like a princess. There was not a single noise. The morning free breakfast was my favorite part of my stay, the cook was so nice and friendly. I will definitely go back and stay here again."

"Minor details:
1. Unable to use safe, battery was probably dead. Never called since we had a short stay.
2. Never had to use the phone, but the room number on it was one digit off from our room.
Plus side:
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was quiet."
