"Hotel room smelled like smoke, saw a bug on room ceiling. Staining like blood in the shower. Came back from concert at midnight. Nobody at front desk, rang desk bell. "The property was clean. Our room felt a little run down. Parts of the carpet, couch and bathtub had a lot of wear. Room was very spacious (king suite). It is very close to the highway and our room was on the highway side. If noise bothers you, not the best stay or request a room on the parking lot side. Only other complaint was the 8 am call wanting our check out time. Check out is 11. Assume we are checking out then. "
