"Didn’t eat breakfast, but coffee was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and kind. Parking spaces could be a little wider… but safe. Room was clean and cleaning staff were very friendly."

"Once you're able to get into your room, it's a nice property. That said, I've stayed at this property 4x over the past 2 months. Wait times to check in: 45 minutes, 25 minutes, 20 minutes and 42 minutes. It's dreadful. By the time folks get to check in they're angry. You can only use digital check in if you book directly with L'auberge. The problem is: booking directly with them is more expensive than other options, so no one books directly with them. Hence, no one can check in digitally... and you wait forever to get your room. Until they fix this issue, I'm done with this hotel. I gave them 4 chances. That's enough!"

"Casino floor was littered with empty drinks and cigarettes. Room was clean and stocked. Pool area was clean but pools were filled with bugs and plant litter. Resort fee was way higher than posted online."

"Things were fine except the key card validator wasn’t working and so the front desk literally had to walk each patron to their room and unlock their door with a master key. Act of nature I suppose but when you still charge full price and MAJORLY inconvenience customers (as you couldn’t even leave the rm to get ice without having to have the front desk let you back in) there in lies the travesty!!!"

"The highway is making a lot of noise. A train is passing sometimes at the back of hotel. The weaknest of this place is what they call a breakfast. The cheapest breakfast I ever see. Please don't call it a breakfast"
