"Had jacuzzi tub and plenty of hot water to fill it
Nice city view
My only complaint is that they make you go the the bar to buy bottled water, none in the room and the gouge you and make you pay high prices, bar prices for a bottle of water
I checked in late and too tired to look around for a store 10 sols for 2 bottles of water"

"Tuve una pésima experiencia, me quedé 5 noches y no tuve agua caliente, todos los días tenía que pedir que revisaran la calefacción, Ofrecen estacionamiento lo cual no tienen (solo tienen el un espacio en la calle), en todo el tiempo que me quede solo hicieron aseo una vez. Tampoco está aislado se escucha todo de las habitaciones del lado.

"Every staff member was perfect. Even the airport shuttle driver…he was standing in the rain late at night waiting for me with a big smile on his face. Front Desk personnel were lovely and friendly. Breakfast room hostess was smiling, friendly and helpful.
I wouldn’t say there was anything spectacularly special about the rooms but mine was spotless. I didn’t notice anything to indicate the room was tired.
Breakfast options were extremely plentiful. I believe there’s plenty to keep everyone...

"hotel is terrible. rude staff, my room over looked the restaurant and it was extremely loud until almost 11am and then again at 5 am. when they tried to move me to a different room they took me to 2 rooms that were actually occupied then one that was just as loud, then called my room after 10pm to offer another room and at that point it was too late for me. the location is also awful. not worth what they are charging. i stay in cusco often and stayed here based on the high reviews and was...

"We had a lovely stay for our first two nights in Peru while acclimatizing to the altitude! The room was clean, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Coffee, tea, and water were always available, and breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.
The only minor downside was that the room wasn’t very soundproof, so we could hear other guests in the hallway quite clearly. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience.
We’d happily recommend this hotel!"
