"Breakfast was limited, but all fresh and well presented."

"Rooms roomy and clean. Breakfast was good and varied over the days. Stayed 3 nights. No complaints. Area around hotel is good and has a few places to eat. "

"The pictures definitely do not capture the property. It’s run down, dirty & absolutely not what we were expecting. I have no idea how it was given such good reviews. This makes us not trust Wyndham. At least not in the US."

"The coffee station was well stocked but not kept warm throughout the day. The renovations were not intrusive but closed the gym. The television in the room randomly shut off a few times. Not sure why. Otherwise everything was as expected. The breakfast bar was always stocked with good and fresh food. All of the staff was nothing but friendly and courteous. "

"Convenience, clean shops nearby staff was very friendly and accommodating only issue. The pool was having issues. Pool was not working "

"Well, the breakfast was lackluster, not that it was bad, just wasn't the best, wasn't a whole lot to pick from the fruit was minimal. And all they had was oranges, no waffles. It just wasn't a whole lot there. Other than that, the stay was great. The room was clean. Staff was nice. Polite, the pool was not open yet. Would I stay there again absolutely if I come back in the area, I will stay there again just eat breakfast somewhere else."

"There was no breakfast left after 730 8 o’clock. Fat was courteous and nice willing to help the rugs in the hallways were dirty. It’s like they walked around if they were they didn’t care about anything."

"We had a wonderful stay. This property is newly renovated and very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Breakfast offered delicious choice in a sunny clean and well organized area. Staff was pleasant. I’d stay here again if in Franklin, TN."

"Clean room, paint pealing, remote was barely staying together. Parking not hard as long as not too many cars. Pretty tight squeeze. Needs upgrading. Bathroom sink not in the bathroom.. weird. Free breakfast was next to nothing. For the price, I was quite disappointed. "

"Older hotel, fixed up in some areas. Lots of boxes in lobby. Bathroom missing conditioner, tub took 30 minutes to drain, sticky stuff on floor, couch was stained, room had a smell. Swimming pool had plants growing in it. I’ve machine didn’t work. Continental breakfast was sparse. Staff was friendly. King bed was ok, AC worked fine. "

"This place is a gem of hotels!! We booked a one bedroom king suite and it fabulous very clean bed was comfortable and a tv in each room which was perfect. Parking was enough to park our 6x12 trailer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was ok. "
