"I would give them a better rating but they don’t like to return your deposit back to you. It’s been over a week and I’m still waiting on my deposit. I will never go back "

"I will not stay there again. They give you the old bait and switch. Upon arrival the main area is very nice makes you think the rooms will be as well. They must have renovated the lobby area but not the rest of the building. Breakfast was continental but also very limited. The rooms are tiny. I ordered a king sized bed and it came with a twin size sofa bed. Typical stained upholstery and broken furniture. I broke out in hives while there. I can’t say it was from the room and bedding but I can’t say that it wasn’t either. There’s no microwave in rooms. One main microwave in the lobby. Went to pool first thing in morning and it was not cleaned. Saw a chunk of hair near the hot tub and a fallen off eyelash. If pool area was cleaned, those major concerns would have been tended to by the morning. On top of already not being a clean environment, they clean your room every FOUR DAYS. It was so disappointing to return to room and garbage was full and bed unmade. There were other things I can bring up but I think cleanliness and expectations were the main points I wanted to discuss. I won’t stay there ever again."

"The hotel in general isn’t clean the hallways smelled like cigarettes. The first room I got was so dirty the bathroom tub was peeling and it wasn’t clean at all. The second room was a little better but still not clean and there was mold on the bathroom walls. All in all this hotel needs a good cleaning and they need to enforce no smoking. The hallways smelled really bad "

"The front desk staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient. Frances was able to help deal with an issue in a pleasant and cordial manner and it set the tone for the rest of the stay."

"Hotel is so run down. Smells like smoke everywhere. The lock on my door didn’t work so I had to move rooms. You can hear every toilet flush. Coffee was like drinking water. So disappointing "

"Breakfast items are ok, would like to see more variety and fresher produce . Hotel can use some updates around indoor of the property, especially the elevator. The pool had a very musty smell and the water had very strange oily drips over the whole surface. The exercise room had a very particular smell kind of like kitty litter. Some equipment needs updating . Room was good. The hospitality staff only made one bed . Very strange . Overall the hotel is ok otherwise . "
