"This hotel was very unexpected, I’ve never stayed at a Candlewood Suites before but this was very convenient to the event I was attending this weekend. "A lot of mold on the shower curtain. Clearly, the curtain hasn't been cleaned for a very long time because mold does not form from one day of not cleaning. There was no body lotion in the room either"

"The water was shut off to my room without notice. When I asked the front desk clerk, the maintenance worker was there and gave a dismissive answer when I asked when it would be restored. Overall the front desk clerk (Mike) and maintenance person were dismissive, if not curt about the incident. When the water was finally turned back on there was quite a bit of water - hammer causing debris to come from the faucett."

The rooms were not cleaned well and multiple locks were broken. "I stayed for one night and every thing was great."

"We have stayed at this location a number of times because of value received for the price paid. Always clean and more than just the necessities. You could actually cook in the kitchen, which has a full sized fridge. Not luxurious, but quite nice accommodations."

"They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded."
