"We picked Amber Beach Lombok for our anniversary trip (we stayed for 3 nights last week), and the basic comforts let this stay down. Our first room had no hot water, weak air conditioning, and a generator right next to it that ran loudly all night when the power went out. We barely slept. Staff moved us the next day, and the new room had working AC and hot water, but it had a persistent unpleasant smell [musty, drains, damp], and the TV WiFi did not really work.

"This property is perfect for a
Romantic stay. Food was absolutely amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough
Not a lot to do around the area so if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with a good book I would recommend
The snorkelling straight out the front of the property was disappointing
Highly recommend the spa
Overall a lovely stay"
