"Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt im Dedalos Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tolle Lage sowie die sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, die sich bei Fragen oder Problemen immer schnell gekümmert haben. So wurde beispielsweise fehlendes Geschirr umgehend nachgeliefert.
Es gab jedoch einige Punkte, bei denen die Angaben auf Expedia nicht mit der Realität übereinstimmten. Dort waren ein Check-out bis 15 Uhr, ein größeres Zimmer, ein Kinderpool, eine Strandbar, ein...

"We had a fantastic relaxing time at Creta Royal hotel. Hotel staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel and room were spotless all areas cleaned everyday. Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Desserts were also varied and enjoyable.Beach and pool areas were wonderful. Enough chairs and parasols for everyone. Bus number 20 is 2 euros into rethymno old town easy and accessible. Bus is evey hour....

"Eigentlich alles perfekt - bis auf das Essen. Bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber sowohl Fisch als auch Fleischgerichte waren IMMER nicht genießbar: zu Tode gegrillt oder gebraten. Kein Saft, kein Geschmack, hart & zäh. Ferner war das Live Cooking im Restaurant aufgrund einer fehlenden leistungsstarken Abzugsanlagen eine Räucherei der Gäste. Hier ist noch ganz viel Luft nach oben. Würde das Hotel aufgrund der Küche nicht nochmal buchen."

"I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel."

"Hotel mit eigenem Strand, so nah waren wir noch nie direkt am Strand. Reinigungspersonal top, Pool und Strand Top.
Gym ist leider ein Witz, Frühstück könnte besser sein. Aber ansonsten ein Super Hotel."

"We had an excellent stay here. The staff is so kind and friendly. We received room upgrade which made it an extra nice stay. The AC works well, the bed if comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the view from the balcony was lovely! We would stay here again! It is on top of a hill, and not an insignificant one so keep that in mind when booking. They also have a free parking lot!"
