"Easy to get to from FCO, you get what you pay for. Young male worker ~30years old with glasses was terribly miserable on check in. Only time he showed any emotion, other than disgust and frustration, was when he made a mistake and had to show a modicum of humility. I shouldn't feel like I'm inconveniencing an employee of the hotel I'm paying to stay at when I'm sorting through foreign currency to pay the visitor tax. Have some humility."

"This is a handy hotel to use close to the airport. The shuttle goes back and fourth frequently, and there's a great pool and courtytard area to relax in before your flight."

"Room was dated. Restaurants were closed. I get that it is Italy but this is supposed to be an airport hotel. It should not close for afternoon Ciesta. Pool was closed due to an event. Would have booked somewhere else if they had of informed. Restaurant food was great when the restaurant opened."

"The restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel provides beach chairs, gel shoes and towels for a cost at the cement platform because of the rocks. The surrounding area outside the hotel is run down, no fault of the property. It is pretty inaccessible. Train was a nearby commuter, with no room for luggage, and the desk told us only one taxi for the town. Cost $200+ for a driver to take you to the airport from here. It might be better to rent a car and pay to park...

"The hotel satisfied the need of an overnight stay. It’s a small establishment, and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. There wasn’t a lot of noise. The property does not seem to be very modernized. There wasn’t a computer at the desk for check-in. There was a printed list and a mobile phone used to snap pictures of one’s passport. "Great service with impressive design in the room"

"The staff was kind and helpful. The spa was closed, but we weren't super counting on it so not a big deal. Our room was neat and air conditioned. We felt the hotel was a little isolated from the actual Ostia Antica that one would want to visit while staying here, but eventually we were able to walk and zigzag our way through the neighborhood to get to the historic area."

"The Hotel Triano is very well situated to the cruise port. It is a short drive and you can get the hotel shuttle for a small fee, which is great. The staff are very friendly and the bar "never closes". It has an elevator so those who can't use stairs, shouldn't be afraid t book this hotel. It was a good experience."
