"My second time here. I love this place! It’s so quaint and quiet and the beds are so comfy and the towels are so soft and the staff is impeccable. Everyone I’ve met so far is super sweet and really helpful. I’m not in Schenectady often but when I am there his is my new go-to place to stay."

"Very grateful that this hotel had an actual functional (non-Tesla!) EV charger, albeit only one that was working. I am lucky that no one else was using it, since it was a Level 2 charger and I needed to charge from my arrival at 4 until midnight to get the charge I needed for the following day's trip. There were actually two chargers but only one seemed to work - it would be great if the hotel would fix the other one. Schenectedy is a sketchy city and I was hit up by a panhandler in the parking...

"I had a very challenging trip with a car break down so I was unable to stay my first night. I called the hotel to let them know, in the middle of the car chaos, and the staff was so nice. When I arrived the next evening, I was greeted courteously and ,y room was clean and quiet."

"The pictures are deceiving. The non-smoking room I reserved smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. I was moved to another room, but although it appeared somewhat clean, the linens had an unpleasant odor as well. Overall, the property is dirty and poorly maintained — more like a roadside motel than what was advertised. I would not stay here again."
