"I got what I paid for. But the question remains: Are guests entitled to a clean room? ABSOLUTELY! Your property can be in poor condition but the minimum is that it has to be clean. The floors have not been swept in ages, the toilet is not set correctly and is wobbly, the freezer needs defrosting, bedsheet had hair ( which meant that it was not changed), pillowcases lacked fresh scent, the ac unit as well as all the lamps were dusty. It felt like a health hazard. We left quickly the next am, I slept with my coat and socks on and laid still all night with my hands in my pocket…OH btw, no breakfast but it’s probably a blessing. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! "
