"Bed was comfortable, everything was fine. Two (minor) complaints: no elevator (bad back and knees made this a big deal) and only 1 mirror in the room, at the bathroom vanity. As someone who wears glasses, this made it impossible to apply makeup appropriately, and no way to check final appearance before leaving for our event. Again - minor, but irritating."

First impression — super helpful staff at check-in and the location is really convenient if you’re flying in or out. One of the best parts was the runway view from the room. Watching planes take off and land was actually pretty relaxing.
The hotel feels modern, clean, and well maintained. Shuttle service to the airport is available, which makes things easy. Breakfast and common areas were nice too.

"If you’re looking for a clean and easy place to just lay your head down, this was perfect. Amazing location; streetcar stop right outside the entrance, and a public parking garage only 2 blocks away. Staff was great. "The shuttle service from the airport wa disgraceful. I waited 50 minutes.
I asked for a wake up call which I did not get.
The shuttle does not go at convenient times in the morning.
The shuttle vehicle I doubt would pass a road test. The driver took back roads and was nearly able to keep it straight.
I would not recommend this property for airport travel."
