"Amazing staff, Lovely staff Extraordinary staff."

"Had trouble getting into the room upon check-in-- had to come all the way back down from the 5th floor to reception carrying bags to have maintenance paged to reset the door lock to our room. Room was only semi updated. Lots of scuffed walls/baseboards, and there appeared to have previously been a door from the bedroom to bathroom sink area -- door missing, but metal frame/track was still exposed. Had housekeeping attempt to enter the room shortly after 8am, then they attempted to enter the room a couple hours later -- still before our check out time. There were no "do not disturb" placards, thankfully we had engaged the safety latch or we would have been barged in on. Would probably not stay here again."

"For some reason, I was given a room configured for a handicapped person. There was no closet in the room, and therefore nowhere to hang up my clothes, including my business suit. The door to the room was motorized and difficult to open by hand. Also, the key cards would not open any of the outside doors of the building. The only way into the building was through the main entrance. All of these issues made my stay very awkward."

"The room didn’t appear dirty, but it smelled bad and felt unclean even after housekeeping. I did not feel comfortable staying. I was booked for five nights but left after one, even payed for the 2nd night I didn’t use because I wanted to leave that badly. The front desk was also defensive when I raised these concerns. I booked this hotel partly because Expedia listed it as popular with solo travelers, but as a woman traveling alone, that did not reflect my experience. The environment felt uncomfortable and more geared toward truck drivers, which made me question that labeling. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travelers."
