"The hotel room was not as advertised per the pictures provided and amenities described. The hotel had a smoke smell in the hallways and in the rooms. We cancelled the rest of our stay due to these issues, but the staff was super helpful and understanding."

"This was my first stay at Aloft. The main complaint I have is the noise and poor condition of the rooms. Staff were helpful with moving me to a new room with working heat/AC and phone. The noise issues were ridiculous and not solved by the move. I think the builder completely skipped any type of soundproofing. This may have been intentional in keeping with the "loft" theme? Wouldn't recommend staying here, won't be back myself."

"The overall stay was ok. (Parking and breakfast). Staff were nice. The room was the most dissatisfied of the stay. It had a musty smell to it which probably the rug needs to be cleaned. The air/heat conditioner was so loud that it was hard to sleep. You could also hear vehicles on the road maybe from the highway close by. They clean rooms every other day. WiFi was a bit challenging as well."

"Good parking. Nice front desk staff. Clean rooms. However we didn’t get room service once. We were told someone turned room service away each day however we were never home enough to do that."
