"Very clean facilities, we traveled with a 1 year old so we appreciated the convenience of the kitchenette. Even the kitchen utensils available are well thought for example - there was a can opener, cutting board, cutlery, pot holders, paper towels and Pyrex dishes!
The playpen was very clean and modern - we have stayed at hotels before where the crib provided was very old and didn’t look comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and tasty.

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
The bathroom was disgusting. The ceiling vent was covered in black mold and filth. The shower curtain rod had yellow gunk holding it to the wall. Everything looked dirty, neglected, and like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. Don’t let the photos of the new flooring fool you.
I have never stayed anywhere this bad. Completely unacceptable. Do not stay here."

"We booked this hotel two months ago and when we arrived at 11 PM for our reservation that was supposed to be for the entire weekend. We were told that they canceled our reservation that morning, and it wasn’t their responsibility to tell us that it was canceled. It was Expedia’s responsibility to call us. So at 11 o’clock at night, there were no rooms available and we had to find a new hotel. The staff was not nice and not helpful at all. When we had Expedia call them, they lied and said they...

"No hagas caso a las calificaciones malas que tiene. Este hotel acaba de ser remodelado y prácticamente todo es nuevo: desde la recepción, los cuartos, el mobiliario, el área de desayuno. Por su ubicación, precio y el desayuno que sirven, es probablemente la mejor opción por calidad/precio en New Haven. El hombre de recepción no habla español pero hizo un esfuerzo por darme las indicaciones mas despacio: cuando llegué mi reservación aún no aparecía en su sistema pero le mostré el email que recibí...
