"I was on a very busy business travel and really wanted to use the bar and restaurant but it was closed on one of the days for an exclusive business event. It was a busy evening due to a soccer match and none of the nearby restaurants and bars had decent seating or enough food.
Treadmill was mis calibrated - the speed was off by more than 20%. Yes I checked the mph / kmph units.
Food was excellent.
Not enough power ports in the room near the bed."

"A nice place to stay, overall. The rooftop space is very nice, though the pools could have been warmer. We found the laundry facilities helpful, but wish we could have used more than one machine at once. We had some trouble with the water in our room - the shower temps were cool to warm, and the faucet temps were warm to scalding. The facility is well maintained though; very clean and the staff are helpful and always available."

"Nice hotel, allowed early check in however our room (310) the hot water didn’t work in the shower and the phone in the room also did not work so had to go to reception to get room service. Informed the front desk about the phone but nothing was done prior to us checking out. Told them again at checkout and was offered a coffee and breakfast however we were leaving immediately after checking out to catch our flight."
