"Decent location close to port and Le Panier. Nice to have a private room in a hostel. Unfortunately staff were not friendly at all. They were not engaging and were very disinterested in me. The AC in my room was pre-set and even though there was a wall fixture it did not work and could not be lowered so the room was hot. I asked for an extra pillow and was told”no”."

You’re limited to eating cold food from the fridge, and whilst they might have coffee available, you’ll need to pay extra for it. "brilliant for location. You're talking a lovely 5–10 minute stroll to the centre and beach, and there's a public transport stop practically on your doorstep, which is handy. The rooms are decent enough, scoring about 3 out of 5. The bathrooms are better 4 out of 5. Staff are genuinely helpful and know their way around, which makes a difference.
