"Extremely dirty. Horrifying. The only good thing is the extremely kind man at check in. On an extremely loud street. Hair all over the pillows and sheets. Marks everywhere from walls to sheets and towels. Booger on wall. Dirty couch and throw pillows. Asked for a taxi and were provided a private car without any info on prices so were cornered into spending almost twice an Uber."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est parfaitement situé, en plein centre, ce qui est très pratique pour tout faire à pied. Il est très bien décoré, confortable et équipé de tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous étions 3 personnes et nous nous y sommes sentis très à l’aise.
Le propriétaire est très gentil, accueillant et disponible. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et, l’année prochaine, nous reviendrons avec toute la famille avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet...

"The Villas at Victor Hugo was a lovely place. Very convenient for our days in Avignon. The Expedia listing for the apartments is incorrect in that it lists washer and dryer for the apartments - but it seems that there is only one or two apartments that have that amenity. This was a big negative but not a reflection of the host as they have repeatedly tried to get Expedia to correct the error."
