The Providence Rhode Island hotel is a disappointing property with poor customer service. My experience at this hotel was terrible as they continuously lied to me about various things. I had booked a room for a two-day stay, but the next day they abruptly cancelled my reservation, claiming that they were overbooked. This was already frustrating, but it got worse when they asked me to check out of my room while I was still staying there. The staff's lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this poorly managed hotel. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience that I would never want to repeat.

The lobby staff would disappear. When I walked in after my long train ride, the lobby doors were locked. It worked when the lobby staff came back after a long afternoon break. It took awhile to get settled. Please pay attention to the guests when they enter, they want a full friendly welcome. There was a rude , pregnant , young lady that seemed so untrained. Everything else was great. Loved the ambiance of the hotel.
