Alan and his wife (the chef), Ariel, Alan’s brother and Andre and Patricia ( another chef) provided us with a rich history of the area and delicious meals. We slept like babies each night in the spacious lodging provided for us. The mountaintop views are breathtaking and taking a dip in the private waterfall was so refreshing! "Very clean room and exceptional staff (everyone spoke English which was extremely helpful to this non-Spanish speaking person). Really enjoyed the seating area on the balcony outside my room. The restaurant was very nice with a variety of options that were reasonably priced. The sparkling pool was clean and refreshing. The area was a little loud due to a truck repair shop next door, but overall I was extremely pleased with my stay and look forward to my next visit! Kim Kline"
